Project consisted of architectural renovations to various instructional laboratories and classrooms for technical programs.  There was a variety of mechanical HVAC and plumbing upgrades, exterior façade improvements (painting, masonry repointing, and new metal siding), electrical replacements, as well an extensive amount of asbestos abatement.
