Project scope of work entails of reconstruction in the middle high school beginning with the auditorium, asbestos abatement, replacing roofs, and a new electric service.  Also slated is repair work to the historic limestone front building façade.  Other exterior work will add new secured entrances at both the high school and elementary school.  Also planned is a renovation of the elementary office space, bathrooms, and a renovation of the loading dock area.  Some of the major repairs and challenges include replacing a retaining wall that borders one side of the Olympic speed skating oval.  Other work at the high school will include a pedestrian bridge, upgrades to exterior stairs, and roofing.
