MIDDLEBURGH CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT
Middleburgh, NY
Originally built in the early 1900’s, the Middleburgh Jr/Sr High School necessitated major MEP upgrades including new HVAC systems and equipment, a new fire alarm system, complete bathroom renovations, and various lighting throughout. Some of the most notable spaces include the new Educational Media Center and Bassett Suite. The Bassett Suite is a fully renovated school-based health center, which provides quality healthcare services to students who are enrolled in the District’s program. The educational media center functions as a vital instrument which inspires, facilitates, and supports teaching and learning. On the exterior, site work was a considerable scope as the entire front drive and back parking lot were completed repaved, along with new light posts, sidewalks, drainage, stairs, railings, and lawn rehabilitation. Moving into the summer of 2021, construction at the school district will be continuing at the elementary school.
Project Cost: Approx. $15M
