Capital Project entails of renovating and reconstructing instructional spaces on the 3rd Floor at the High School.  Several High School classrooms will be abated of asbestos containing materials and are scheduled to receive new VCT floor tile and acoustical ceiling systems.  The middle high school is scheduled to receive new boilers and electrical upgrades.  Work scope includes roofing, MEP upgrades and New Boilers at Big Cross Elementary School.  Capital project also includes extensive sitework to construct a new parking lot, Roofing and MEP upgrades at Jackson Heights Elementary.  Kensington Elementary School is scheduled to receive a new electrical service, new boilers, plumbing, and mechanical improvements. Administration building work includes asbestos containing floor tile and mastic abatement, lighting and mechanical upgrades, and new architectural finishes throughout.  Work at the Bus Garage consists of new lighting and bathroom renovations.
