Capital Project entails of renovating and reconstructing instructional and athletic spaces within the District’s primary building.  Several elementary classrooms will be abated of asbestos containing materials and are scheduled to receive new VCT floor tile and acoustical ceiling systems.  Several bathrooms and the primary locker rooms will be reconstructed, along with the original gymnasium.  Located adjacent to the gymnasium will be a new fitness room.  In regards to exterior improvements, new basketball and tennis courts will be installed in front of the building, existing parking lot and roadways will be improved, and the Bus Garage will receive a new drainage system with an oil separating device.
